This portal is the only approved method for reporting vehicles that have been towed under the following conditions:
  • At the request of law enforcement
  • From posted private property
  • At the request of a private, noncommercial landowner who does not own the vehicle
⚠️ Important: This portal must not be used for vehicles towed at the request of the vehicle owner when there is no law enforcement involvement.

  • Requesting junk certificates on towed vehicles
